Rules for Rental Appointments

• A valid United States drivers license is required in order to tow concrete carts.

• Call ahead to guarantee your reservation and we'll get you on the schedule!

• Each time a cart leaves the yard you have 2 hours with it. If it will take more than two hours, you must notify our office by calling 940-455-7250. Additional hours are $30/hour.

• We start batching concrete trailers at 7:00 am and all trailers are due back by 4:00 pm. A late fee may apply if returned after 5:00 pm.

• ​Trailers are required to be returned clean and free of concrete. Trailers must be emptied of concrete, rinsed out with water, and left running upon return.

• Call ahead and let us know you're on the way, we'll start mixing your concrete for you!

• Check in with the office first for any paperwork and payment. Then, return to the office at the end of your appointment to finalize any remaining fees that might be due.

Towing Requirements

• .25 yard to 1.5 yard carts may be towed by a 1/2 ton or larger pickup truck.

• 1.75 yard carts must be towed by a 3/4 ton or larger pickup truck.

• Carts that hold up to a yard require a 2" ball hitch.

• Carts that hold more than a yard require a 2 5/16" ball hitch.

• The mixer trailers weigh 2,440lbs without concrete inside. Make sure your truck is able to tow the weight of the trailer and the concrete.

• Dump trailers hold a maximum of 1 yard.

• Mixer trailers hold a maximum of 1.75 yards.
