Rules for Rental Appointments

• A valid United States drivers license is required in order to tow concrete trailers.

• Call ahead to guarantee your reservation and we'll get you on the schedule. Pickups can be scheduled between 7:00 am through 12:00 pm. Appointments after noon are a case-by-case basis depending on availability and job site. All trailers are due back promptly (by 4:00 pm at the latest).

• Call ahead and let us know you're on the way. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, notify our office ASAP by calling 940-455-7250.

• Trailer rentals will be charged a 2 hour minimum up front. Additional hours are $30/hour.

• ​Trailers are required to be returned clean and free of concrete. Trailers must be emptied of concrete, rinsed out with water, and left running upon return. Additional fees will apply if trailers are not returned clean.

• For pickup, check in with the office first for paperwork and payment. Then, drop off the trailer in the back and return to the office to finalize any remaining fees that might be due.

Towing Requirements

• .25 yard to 1.5 yard loads may be towed by a 1/2 ton or larger pickup truck.

• 1.75 yard loads must be towed by a 3/4 ton or larger pickup truck.

• 1.75 yard trailers require a 2 5/16" ball hitch, 1 yard trailers require a 2" ball hitch.

• The mixer trailers weigh 2,440lbs without concrete inside. Make sure your truck is able to tow the weight of the trailer and the concrete.

• We also have 1 yard stationary dump trailers available. Call in advance if you are interested.
